You enough!  This course is designed to show you how to be kind to yourself.  I will not be showing you how you can change and be your best self, you already are your best self.  There is nothing to change.  Life has it’s ups and downs and you will discover how to be there for yourself.

This course consists of 4 sessions with corresponding meditations.

  • What is compassion
  • What is self compassion
  • Why it is necessary
  • Why we may have not known it was possible to give ourselves compassion
  • How to use mindfulness and awareness to practice and make having compassion for oneself more natural
