“Self-Compassion” Online Course

I will not be showing you how you can change and be your best self, you already are your best self.  There is nothing to change.  I will show you how to bring kindness to yourself when you feel as if you are drowning in regret, guilt, shame, not feeling good enough.  I will help you discover that you can be your own best friend.

This course consists of 4 sessions with corresponding meditations.
