I am so excited for you to get started.  A quick note: The sessions are arranged in this order for a reason, they build on each other.  To get to the next session you must complete the session you are on (or at least mark it as complete).  I recommend leaving several days between each session to do the meditation practice.  Ideally doing it for a week, but if you’re a keener like me, you will want to go through it all then go back again.  I’m cheering you on every step of the way.  Don’t forget to hop on the Facebook group for support.
